Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout. If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 5 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
All orders are fulfilled from within the United States. International shipping availability and rates depend on the destination country. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligible situations include lost shipments, incorrect items, or verified product defects. We do not issue refunds for orders refused at customs or placed in error.
